  Some of the nurses here are rude and going against parents wishes on how many vaccinations the parent wants for their child. I requested two shots every two weeks and the nurse brought 4 shots and pressured me to get them for my son. I was mad and told her only two and she said he NEEDS 4 and kept guilting me into getting them so I caved in. Another incident I got to my appointment exactly 15 minutes late and I told them I was going to be late and the Secretary said I was 18 minutes late and would only see us if we were 15 minutes late. Which sounded crazy. She made us 18 minutes late by talking on the phone for the 3 minutes of us standing there. My husband fought with the secretary and told her that and finally they saw us about thirty minutes later of waiting. The doctors are great, but the secretary and some nurses are unprofessional. If you like to be treated like scum, go here.

  We've had nothing but great experiences here. We've seen a few different doctors at the Kingston, Rhinebeck, and Poughkeepsie branches, and they've all been patient, knowledgeable, and kind as can be. The nurses and nurse practitioners we've seen were also wonderful.
