    My boyfriend and I went in here to get our taxes filed and the woman who "helped" us was extremely unpleasant. We just had a few questions, and instead of explaining what we needed to do, she acted like we should've known everything already, and put the blame on us for either not knowing what we didn't know or "doing something crazy" on the H&R Block website (even though she said she knows nothing about the website.) She treated us like we were just dumb kids. No wonder they weren't busy today.
