  Dennis is WONDERFUL - patient, friendly, and knowledgeable - highly recommend!!! Dennis made the painful experience of buying a car into one we actually enjoyed. We were disappointed, though, with our experience in the "back office". Too much of a hard sell for extras by finance manager.

  Im a mechanic at a small shop. Used to bring cars here when it was honda of kingston when we needed programming done. Never had any problems. Now first time useing lia honda to have ignition module progamed. Wait two hours. Im not upset about this. Stuff happens whatever it took longer to get to my car thats fine. What im upset about is what i heard during the two hours i was there. Wait in waiting room a customer comes in for an oil change. They get her car in about 5 minutes later the secretary comes up to the woman telling her how she needs tires, transmission flush, spark plugs, air filter, cabin air filter, front pads and rotors. The customer says i dont understand its a 2018 with less than 20thousand on it how does it need all of this work? Secretary goes on to explain rough conditions so on and so forth and leaves to let the customer contemplate whether or not to do the work. It all really sounds like an extreme stretch to me for a nearly new car. I hate to see a garage upsell someone like that. Thats why mechanics have such bad names. But you know i didnt look at the car. Maybe this 50 something woman was doing burnouts and neutral drops with her civic. This is only one instance but if this service center allows this amount of manipulation to go on than it is sure to happen frequently. I will no longer be doing any business with lia honda wich is unfortunate but i can not support a business that believes in such deviant practices.
  
  Also they left the hood open on the car i brought in. It was a good thing i was paying attention and saw it before i got in the car and pulled away. That stuff happens too but i would really only expect it out of an amatuer service technician.
